I am a DONA trained doula. A doula is "a trained professional who provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support to a mother before, during and shortly after childbirth to help her achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible." This service provides 12 hours of face to face support during active labor and two hours of postpartum support to help you adjust in the wee first hours. My role is to educate you so that you can make the best choice possible for you and your family. I am present to support your decision, to empower you through this life transition, and to help make suggestions that may make you more comfortable and confident. I have 6 years of expierence along with four of my own children.
