Hello! I'm very good at troubleshooting and fixing various PC related problems. Whether it is your laptop, desktop, mobile phone or device. I have a pretty good understanding of how they work and I also have a black belt in Google-fu. Whatever I don't know, I find the answer by searching and using troubleshooting techniques I've developed over the years. Your problems can be related to software not working, hardware not working, devices running slower than usual, potential viruses or infections, etc. If you're unsure, just message me and ask me and I'll let you know if I can help!
What I don't do: Physical repairs. If you have damaged parts, I cannot physically fix them. However, if you are unsure something is damaged, I can definitely figure that out and recommend what your next steps should be.
I can also consult with you to figure out a problem by talking over an online chat or phone call.
Training & Qualifications
I have used computers and tinkered with them all of my life. I have worked in technologically heavy environments and have fixed computer related issues many times in the past. I don't have hard certificates or formal training. I'm entirely self taught as fixing my own problems has been a necessity over the years.
Availability & Preferences
Currently, I am in between jobs and free every day of the week.
