4 Weeks Fitness Program

I will make a commitment to meet weekly for one month for 15 min of streching 15 min warm up exercises and 40 minutes of cardio (such as jogging or bicycling) in Grand Rapids.
I will administer the fitness assessment test on the first and last day to guage improvement.
Training & Qualifications
Former unit fitness program manager and physical training instructor in the United States Air Force.
