Matt went above and beyond my expectations, allowing me to not only see the documents ahead of the finalization of the deal, but he also selected two ...he wasn't sure would be as great and relevant to my needs as the first two he offered, just to provide a well-rounded approach to the topic for me. He continued to ask specific questions to get as close to my interests as possible (within existing research) and ultimately I loved three of the four articles.
