Ever wonder why your loved one keeps drinking, using, and/or relapsing? What makes an addict get clean and/or what keeps them using? Ever ask yourself "am i an addict"?

I will share my experience, strength, and hope on the horrors and despair of addiction, and the gifts and power of recovery, and what tools, insights, and tips i've used to defeat the MONSTER that IS addiction. Through my experience, i will relate my story, struggles and successes to any questions you may have.

So, the session will be interactive and i will field direct questions- from anything pertaining to questions you may have on my specific story, to deeper, philosophical topics like: "is addiction a disease", the neurological changes addict-brains go through, the pharmacological actions of certain drugs of abuse, or why addiction rates keep rising in the US and how public policy is affecting this/what solutions we may apply.
