I will show you techniques I have acquired over the year in order to save both time and money. I can answer most questions and I'm available most days and some nights. You will be confident holding and using a knife and more confident in your cooking abilities. I will help you become more savvy on seasonality, freshness, holistic nutrition and much more.
Training & Qualifications
I am a hospitality industry worker for 18 years and have acquired my Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and more recently my teaching certification for the state of Tennessee.
Availability & Preferences
Monday and Tuesday all day and night.
