Provide basic training to familiarize with Windows and computers in general so you can fix small problem such as no connection on your Wi-Fi/Router. So basically you will start as "what's a mouse?" to "okay i can ping thus website but cannot access because of X"
Provide troubleshooting for many computer related problem for when your favorite IT guy is unavailable. Will not do anything work related computer du to security reason.
Provide computer suggestion for building a computer (can build it with a little extra) according to your needs (from "just facebooking, e-mail,office, browsing Internet" to high-end gaming computer)
Basic training on Office/Open Office suite for your needs such as building a budget in Excel, writing your Resume on Word, and how to make an interesting Presentation on Power Point.
Depending your needs, Skype for pretty much anything but for troubleshooting you will need Team Viewer in order i can Remote in your computer (unless it is Internet problem then it'll be by Skype and we communicate steps by steps)
Training & Qualifications
Degree in electronics specialized in Telecommunication and Computer-tools, been in computers and electronics since elementary schools. I built my own network and computer. I can pin point what you really needs so you wont bust your budget or go too basic for your budget.
