Hi ya, I am a friendly person who likes the idea of keeping life simple and fun. Having just turned 40 I still feel like I have done a decent job of keeping the kid side of me alive in this bizarre wo...rld that tries to mold us into boring adults. boo. In saying that I put on my professional hat for work and take pleasure in helping many people understand their mind better especially in regards to directing it towards sporting improvements. I live with my English partner Sarah and we have 2 cats named Rufus & BBQ. (That's right BBQ, we found her under the BBQ lost as a kitten!)
