I am a trained Crisis Councilor from Im Alive.
I have personal experience with Major Depression, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Insomnia, and PTSD(from abuse not combat).
I am extremely LGBTQA+ friendly though I do not have much experience advising on mental health issues stemming from Sexual identity or orientation.
I am willing to be an attentive listener without commenting or give generalized advice.
Alternatively, if you wish to talk about one of the issues listed above I can tell you what has specifically worked for me in the past and help you find what will specifically help you.
I can Assist in finding and recommending professionals that either myself or others I have known have had positive experiences with.
