I would be happy to listen to you talk about something you're struggling with, a conflict you're not sure how to resolve, or just anything that you need to get off of your chest! I enjoy offering support and encouragement, and if you want I can also give advice and feedback to help you deal with your situation in a way that is healthy and happy! What I offer here wouldn't be licensed counseling, but rather a good listening ear and a positive, optimistic perspective to help you take control of your life and not feel helpless, hopeless, or trapped.
Training & Qualifications
I have an undergraduate degree in philosophy and a graduate degree in counseling, and several years of practice as a therapist and mental health professional.
Availability & Preferences
I'm usually available on weekends and evenings, and could also do lunch meetings if we can arrange our lunch times! I could do this via Skype or a phone call or text message, or in person if you happen to live in Abilene, TX.
