I'm looking to park my RV on property in California. Right now I live in Santa Cruz and my husband works in San Jose Silicon Valley/Alviso area. We don't mind distance from either but would like to stay near the beach and forests this area is known for. The best situation has a septic hook up, and water. We'd like to garden, build a shed, and use Simbi to purchase our time there. We'd like to provide at least 400 Simbi per month for the small area needed to park and RV.
