I will help you go organic a way that will stick. We will touch on the value behind it and the many benefits that come from it. I will share what my experience was making the switch, the struggles you might face or could possibly be currently facing, etc. Additionally, we can use some of the time or add time to briefly discuss meal prep and meal planning, as well as nutrition to go with your workout plan to achieve specific goals. Training & Qualifications
Worked in the fitness industry for almost 10 years. I held 3 personal training certifications that included some nutrition training. I have since let them expire, however I continued to seek knowledge through my research, personal and client experience, as well as my network of registered dieticians and the like.
Availability & Preferences
My weekends are pretty open but I can manage other times as well.
