Prepare classic Italian dishes such as hand-made fresh pasta, bruschetta and Tiramisù, ideal also for vegetarians — all from scratch with a focus on the freshest and best ingredients available (the real Italian secret).
You will find yourself enjoying home-cooked meals together with a better appreciation for food, sipping fine Italian wine.
Written receipts will be given at the end o the class to remember what was learned in the lesson.

I am an Italian citizen that for the past 3 years lived in the United States. Besides being a real food passionate, I always worked in the food business and always been surrounded by it. I know from experience and from background the secrets of Italian cooking and I am very excited to share them with you and everybody that is ready to have better meals with better ingredients.
