I started a coffee shop 4 years ago, and can offer insight and business advice . I'm not a big business guru, so this would be more geared towards someone who wants to create a small, creative, community-oriented labor of love. I do not have advice on how to make the big bucks!! But I have plenty of advice on how to make the small bucks stretch farther, and how not to lose some of those bucks to mistakes I've made.
