Hey There my name is MaKayla and I am a Zen Fitness and lifestyle coach. I offer a broad range of services from personal training to going over and reworking your entire diet to optimize your fitness goals.
I can be your fitness buddy as we drive for our goals together. I like to make exercise fun! Hiking, kayaking, rock climbing, I specialize in body weight exercise for sculpting lean muscle.
Training & Qualifications
Over the past 3 years I have lost over 70lbs and over came a binge eating disorder. I now live a holistic life with regular Buddhist practice.
Availability & Preferences
Weekdays- Early mornings before 10:00am & after 6:30pm
Weekends- anytime
