Hello. I am about to fill out papers to take a small company who leased me a car, to small claims court. They unfairly deducted about $3000 from my pay. In the contract it says that disputes can only be solved through arbitration, but they refuse to go to arbitration, so I was advised to take them to small claims court. I would like someone with legal knowledge to check out what I write on the document (I think it will just be a few paragraphs) and perhaps we can have a phone conversation where you advise me of anything I can change to have the best chance of being able to take the company to small claims court and hopefully win.
I think a 15 -30 minute call would be enough and maybe I can pay 30-50 Simbi depending on the length of the call. This is negotiable. I'm guessing a lawyer would expect a higher payment but I think someone who is not a lawyer but is experienced with a similar case to mine would be able to help.
