Senior Care
50
It is estimated that 1 in 3 people over the age of 80 are living with dementia. Companionship is an important way to combat senior isolation and cope with dementia. I have worked happily as a neighborhood care partner with years of experience working with older adults. I will spend time with you or with a friend/relative doing activities you/they enjoy. I can assist with activities of daily living such as making phone calls, running errands, attending appointments, etc. as well as instrumental activities of daily living such as meal assistance, bathing, and personal care. The local health integration network offers very few hours of care per person per week and I’ve experienced first hand how challenging that can be. I’d love to help you and your loved ones maintain their independence and help facilitate aging in place.
