Hey there! I'm a Red Seal Journeyman in the Cook trade, and culinary has been my passion since I was a kid. I'm bilingual! My parents moved my family to sunny, gorgeous México when I was 9 years... old and I lived there for nearly 10 years! I ended up coming back to Canada for my post-secondary, after culinary school I earned a degree is Business Management with a focus in small business development, and my current passion is aquaponics. My eternal passion is chocolate. Not so much making it as consuming it. I'm the proud parent (read: slave) of a small zoo consisting ofy Mexican mutts, Fern and Margaret, a huge cat named Tickles, and a super weird rabbit named Penelope Grace who is absolutely OBSESSED with the cat.
