I have been trading massages with a friend (that I more or less trained into giving deep massages). I've had some digestive health issues that have affected my muscles, and I've found that most massage therapists don't go as deep as I need and don't listen to what I already know about my body. Since trading with my friend, I have gained so, so much physical health. I have significantly less back pain, I am more limber than I've been in years, I run faster and in better form, and my body feels happier overall. Since I will no longer be able to be in this massage trade, I would love to find a someone who can listen to what I've learned and help me stay on this amazing trajectory of healing AND offer that in return!
