I'm an artist and writer and most of my projects are self-driven and most of them never get completed. Experience has shown me that I am able to get much more accomplished when there is another person in the vicinity, working on their own thing (doing anything but phone tapping), providing a balance of human presence with a lack of distraction. You're welcome to bring a friend if that makes you more comfortable, and if they're also in quiet/concentration mode.
I'm happy to work in a public place, or a place of your choosing, around Manhattan or Riverdale.
