I'm happy to design a session with your specific needs in mind. You can choose among my listings or create your own combination: take an introduction to signing (American Sign Language) with your child for communication/language development and parent/child bond, great for newborn through age two; develop ASL vocabulary and/or songs for routines and transitions, great through age 5; learn infant massage strokes for colic relief and parent/child bond best for 15 months and younger; counseling 1:1 or mediation with partner/family, any age, including teens. I also teach beginner guitar and would be happy to provide an on-line lesson. Open to single sessions or on-going weekly/monthly. Need something else similar that's not described? Just ask!
Training & Qualifications
I am a Board Certified Music Therapist and Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, with training in mental health counseling. In addition, I have my MS in Special Education with a concentration in Deaf Education and specialization in child development. I have also become a Certified Educator of Infant Massage. I am a small business owner providing creative, developmental early childhood and family programs, and the mom of 2 teens.
Availability & Preferences
Typically most available on Thursdays and Fridays with some additional flexibility (day/eve/weekend) depending on the week or time of year.
