I will provide a 5 day workout routine geared for your fitness level. I can tailor the program to improve flexibility, strength, endurance, speed or overall physical well being. We will first talk about goals and equipment you have available. Second, talk about any limiting factors. And finally, we will draw up a routine that is challenging and productive.

I am a health care practitioner focused on healthy living. In my private practice, I integrate diet, exercise and total body health. Simbi is a great way to extend my reach globlly to people interested inimproving their health.
