Beginner Barbell Workout Buddy

I know the gym can be intimidating for beginners. When I started lifting, I was intimidated to use heavy weights due to barriers to entry like learning proper technique, feeling socially awkward, and getting the motivation. For the service I am offering, I want to remove some of those early obstacles that prevent people from learning to lift weights. As part of my offer, I will meet you at the gym and walk you through a simple barbell workout. The goal is for you to feel like you can start going by yourself and perform similar workouts in the future. I believe that this type of training can greatly improve an individual's confidence, health, and physique, and I want to make it easier to start.
Training & Qualifications
I was originally trained in barbell lifts by a certified powerlifting coach and I continue to read fitness and biomechanics resources to keep proper technique. This is one of my hobbies and I keep informed about it as a result.
Availability & Preferences
I am available most times on the weekends and after 6pm on the weekdays.
