Bored artsy fartsy girl in Nebraska... Love "making" for fun but I also incorporate crafting into my work with people with disabilities. I Knitty, sew-y, stitchy, leather-crafty, painty... Happy to sh...are tools and time! I gots: All the kinda of knitting needs - needles of all types and an impressive collection of vintage pattern/how-to books; Spinning wheels, carders for processing wool, drop spindles etc - would be happy to teach about spinning hand-made yarn. Gotsa lots of jewelry making tools, stone beads for beadwork/jewelry and scrap leather for whatever projects.... Good lord! They want 1400 characters?? Hmm... I wouldn't bother reading past this point unless you're verrry bored - I'm gonna babble with 1400 as my goal ;) Well, I'm a mama llama - two teenagers that are hellllla music types - so proud. Married to my child/teenage sweetheart omgaga. I live in a garage (urban cottage) with rabbits, chickens and other more typical vermin - love building assorted coops and shelters for them. I have some power tools - I have jack hammered pavement barefooted and enjoy general deconstruction of all sorts. I have done the barista thing and room with a coffee buyer so I can educate you about beans, grinding and frothing more than you really want to know. I Love DIY everything. My favorite shirts are 3-4XL monsters that I've customized down to an extra long/tall small size. Also brew Kombucha and jun tea and am happy to share SCOBY mothers ;) 1481! Huzzah!show more
