I am a skier, yogi, music-maker, earth-lover, wild woman, and soul teacher. I aim to be of service to the community of humanity by offering intuitive tools that allow us to fully engage in the experience and experiment of being alive and inviting those willing and interested into the conversation of intentional living. I teach yoga, mindfulness, and languages. I am passionate about pursuing a lifestyle of active play - skiing, coaching, trail running, free climbing, hiking, puddle jumping, or just sitting in the sun. Engaging with nature reminds us to be our natural selves - unapologetically and authentically! It's important for me to show up with transparency, honesty, and vulnerability because it encourages others to do the same. Being true to yourself creates stronger relationships, healthier habits, and a happier life. Showing others that that is possible by embodying that myself, and then helping people get there is a big part of my overall life mission!
I am also a mindfulness consultant and I work with students, teachers, athletes, and coaches. I create workshops and curriculum regarding mindfulness and overall wellness addressing such things as: stress prevention and management, meditation techniques, healthy living habits, well-rounded fitness, and self-care. I help organizations (like schools or teams, for example) by offering tools and then creating a structure so they may grow sustainably in the previously mentioned areas on their own.
