I am 30 years old. I live in Hendersonville, NC. My husband and I moved from Metro Detroit over 1 year ago. I have a mini poodle. I love my little family and I have fallen in love with Western North C...arolina! Recently, my 8-year-old step son has come to live with us. We have taken on a whole new life, and although it's incredibly challenging, it's very fulfilling. I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting and a Masters of Art in Organizational Management with a Specialization in Project Management. I loved grad school! I have a passion for Change Management. My specialty area is marketing. I have a variety of skills and experience that have taught me how to grow businesses and adjust to change. It's not easy when growth is necessary, but with the right tools and knowledge of business, it's more than possible to have and enjoy success. I have over a decade of experience in babysitting, nannying, mommy's helper, handling behavioral issues in child through patience and understanding. I don't believe in spanking children, I'm more of a "talk it out" type of parent. I believe in strict discipline, structure, and schedules. However, I also firmly participate in encouragement, love, and exposure to options in life. Giving children choices to make themselves is the best way for them to learn that they always have choices in life. I am also a birth mother and published author.
