My passions are gardening, children, advocating for those who cannot advocate for themselves, encouraging, empowering and creatively inspiring change. I have been a child therapist for over twenty years and love what I do because it is not just a job, it is the work of my heart and a spiritual commitment that brings daily opportunities for exploration, playfulness and genuine connection. I am a Buddhist and try to invite mindfulness to each moment with equal measures of courage and gratitude.

My other interests are dance, yoga, medical qigong, neurobiology, spiritual environmentalism, subtle activism, social justice, early childhood mental health, systems theory and mind/body healing.
