I will ... help you organically structure the way you think of your business in a way that makes sense, and inspires action. I will ... tease out the words that you've been looking for to tell others what's so special about who you are and what you do. I will ... light a lantern at the other end of the tunnel, so you can see clearly where you're going and what steps you need to take to get there.

Training & Qualifications

I have been helping build authentic brands--and building businesses out of my own passions--for nearly 20 years, and love, love, love that moment of "a-ha." I have a gift for taking in and distilling disparate information and handing it back in way that makes more sense and lights the way ahead.

I have an MBA from University of Florida and was named Entrepreneur of the Year in 2012 by the International Association of Culinary Professionals. I've worked with companies like British Airways, Bonterra Vineyards, Spectrum Organic Products, Earthbound Farm, Rosemount Estate and more, and am founder of NOURISH Evolution.

About Lia Huber

I was named 2012 Entrepreneur of the Year by the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) for my work with my company, NOURISH Evolution. Through NOURISH Evolution and my flagship pr...ogram, Cook the Seasons, I inspire and equip people to make a lasting shift from processed food to real food in real life. In 2014, I launched Building Authentic Brands, an online program geared towards helping emerging entrepreneurs get their authentic brand defined, designed and online in just six weeks. I have consulted for a decade and a half on branding, messaging and social strategy for companies like Earthbound Farm, Bonterra Organic Vineyards, Hotel Healdsburg/h2, Clos du Bois, Rosemount Estate and Spectrum Organic Products. I am also a widely published food writer for magazines like Cooking Light, Better Homes & Gardens and Eating Well, and appear frequently on local and national television, and as a guest chef and speaker at cooking schools, corporations and spas. I am past Chair of the Food Writers and Editors Section of the International Association of Culinary Professionals and have served as Communication Chair of the Sonoma County North chapter of Slow Food. I have an MBA from University of Florida, a BA in Communication from Tulane University, and have studied at the Sorbonne in Paris and the Culinary Institute of America Greystone in Napa Valley. I lived in New York, New Orleans, Paris, Greece, Costa Rica and San Francisco before putting down roots in Healdsburg, CA with my husband, Christopher, and daughter, Noemi.show more
