About Leslie Taylor

I'm 43 years old and graduated from UNT with a BA combining English comp, dance, and secondary education. I have been married since September 11, 2004. We have two kitties of our own and foster cats... through OPA, a rescue group. I currently am an independent contractor for various secret shopper companies. I have worked a bunch of different jobs before. Retail mostly. So to name a few: Mervyn's, Michael's, Bering's, The Container Store. I also worked both jobs as a teller for a credit union and a mutual clerk at the race track for five years. McDonald's, catering, taught dance to kids, newborn photography, contractor for a card company, contract photography for residential/businesses and a telephone interviewer. I even taught children and adults how to milk a cow. I have a bunch of different interests and hobbies. My current hobbies at the top of the list include traveling and photography. I love the quick road trips or having a week off to go explore some place as much as possible. I love those types of trips when you find a hidden gem or some place that wasn't listed on places to go or you just run into them. We also tend to be making U-turns when we travel because GPS is messing us up. I swear someone deliberately programmed GPS to goof up every ten trips, and it secretly is laughing at you. Some of the craziest stories we got from traveling. Places I'm interested in going: Northlandz, Mt. Rushmore, San Francisco, The Grand Canyon, The Great Wall of China. I would also love to take my husband to see Vancouver, which I have been talking about since I met him and to see the Spruce Goose. Oh, and Big Bend. I just remembered the name. Photography is a hobby and also something I have been employed to do. I have always taken pictures as a hobby. I take my camera with me most of the time. You never know when you are going to take a picture of something. I usually am the one who takes pictures at a family or friend function. Not as fond of being in the pictures, but I am letting my husband take pictures of me at a function, so I am at least in one picture. I take anything from people, scenic, animals, objects, whatever. I think I would be a lot better if I studied a little more. Other interests are movies, performances, arts and crafts, my tap class, tai chi, walking, visiting with friends, music, couponing, writing penpals, researching interesting topics, Facebook and keeping up with local news. show more
