My philosophy is consistent: to work smart and with compassion, learning from local voices and experiences to create the best policies and programs that are possible. Outside of my professional work, I spend time working with artists to create beautiful and innovative projects on the challenging issues of today.

Moving forwards, I seek to address issues of vulnerability, exclusion and abuse with a conscious focus on both human rights and cultural awareness. I work for IRC in Protection, and for the UN as a negotiator and advisor, however also regularly undertake technical consultancies and contracts and enjoy academic research on human rights and foreign policy.
