LeeAnn Harrington is an accomplished artist who has set forth on an adventurous career in the culinary arts. She has recently completed her Culinary Associates Degree at Le Cordon Bleu in Orlando, FL and will finish her Patisserie and Baking Associates in June, 2015. LeeAnn's contribution to the American Culinary Federation (ACF) student competition team for the Le Cordon Bleu Orlando team was the palate cleanser salad "Citrus Bridge" The team won Silver!
LeeAnn's Externships for her Patisserie and Baking Associates include Glen Keen Farm in County Mayo, Ireland (April-May, 2015) and Fabulous Foods of Phoenix, Arizona, client DTMMS (May-June, 2015).
Her varied experiences throughout her career have given her the ability to think creatively and strategically. LeeAnn applies these skills in preparing delicious food and in her writing about food. She recently founded her own food company named Start With Chocolate, LLC, and has already had the great pleasure of creating delicious food for several events in the Orlando, FL area.
