Professionally, I have over 16 years of Customer Service, with 14 of those being in the medical billing or health insurance industry. I was a medical assistant and currently am a student working to achieve my Bachelors in Nursing with a minor in Business Administration. In my recent past life, I was a health insurance Business Analyst and a Hospital Research and Outreach Specialist.
