Give you a cooking lesson of something of your choice. My specialty is in Mexican food that I learned from my mexican grandmother. Though I also am knowledgeable of Cuban cuisine and other basic meals. I can also help you figure out something to make with the ingredients in your fridge and cabinet. All lessons will be web based and I will walk you though while you cook. This lesson if for anyone that is novice at cooking or would like to learn how to make authentic Mexican food.
Training & Qualifications
I am Mexican American with a Mexican grandmother who taught me everything about home cooking. I also have a Cuban mother in law ho taught me about Cuban and Puerto Rican food. I also have several years expreinces with home cooking.
Availability & Preferences
I am usually free on the weekends and Wednesday afternoons.
