I have learned through personal passion and experience of losing 50 lbs to tailor work outs to specific goals as well as build nutrition plans to specific goals. I can combine the 2 as an added service after a short personal consultation (either via internet or in person) or can guide for either individually. I am well versed in calculating macros, or tailoring nutrition to a person's goal body as well as the training involved, with either weight training or body weight. I can run an outdoor bootcamp for single or multiple users or do one on one training in the gym if the individual joins the same facility as myself. Let's have fun and get fit!
