Virtual Yoga Classes

I will guide you through a customized 30-minute yoga sequence designed to help release any blocks or tension held in your body or mind. By connecting your breath with movement, we will explore where in the body we need to focus and how we can channel our breath for opening and releasing. Sessions will involve a mixture of meditation, pranayama, and Hatha yoga stretching and postures. Return to your mat or step onto it for the first time. All levels welcome, come as you are!
Training & Qualifications
I am a 200+ hr certified Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga instructor
Daily meditation, yoga, and pranayama practicioner
Student of consciousness, the elements, and ancient practices
Knowledge and practice of mantra, crystal healing, aromatherapy, sound healing
