It is canning season! Produce that is in season, or from your garden, can be enjoyed year round, and I can help you preserve it all in a variety of tasty ways. Fermentation, canning, freezing and drying all have their place in home food preserving. I will share processes, recipes and even equipment, as well as the adventure! And the real benefit? Food to enjoy much later, too!
Training & Qualifications
I learned food preservation from my mother and have been sharing the knowledge (and bounty) with friends, family and students for over 30 years.
