Walk or run (slowly) with you. I'm happy to provide company and get some exercise myself. I have a heart condition. I'm hoping to prevent further issues and mutual support would be great!

Training & Qualifications

I'm looking to get more active. I figure it would be better to have someone else involved. I'm hoping to be accountable.

Availability & Preferences

Early mornings or evenings would be best. I work 7am to 4pm. I live with a partner with a disability.
