Sat Nam. Whether you are buying your first flute of your thousandth flute. Or a gift for a friend or lover. May I offer insights and logic and share a love of sacred sound. I do not make or sell bansuri. I offer unique insights into finding the perfect bansuri for your needs at any performance level along your journey. I offer insights into the differences between A 440, 432, and 444. My personal collection is over 50 flutes from makers such as Anubodh, Jeff Whittier, Anand Dhotre, Rhamachandra Dhotre, Subhash Thakkar, and Ramesh Bakale. I have purchased directly from some of these makers as well as from punam flutes and one world flutes and Musicians mall of Berkeley.
Training & Qualifications
My spiritual path is the sacred sound current. The beauty of the male and female vibration is available in our heart and our voices and our relationships. The call and response of sacred mantra and raag is one with the expressions of the bansuri. Each flute in my collection is a voice. A collection of flute purchased new and used as well as custom creations. I am blessed with actual concert bansuri which belonged to amazing sound artists such as Manose, Sachdev, and those created to tour with Snatam Kaur. I am humbled by each flute and they each tell a story of honoring the divine with sound. I am excited to share with you.
