Wanna lose weight? Gain muscles? Feel healthier ? Prepare for race? I am here to help! I make training programs, adapted to your physical condition and your goals. I studied kinesiology for 3 semesters so I have a strong scientific background .
I can also evaluate your physical condition ( body fat %, VO2 max , strength, risk factors)
I am fluent in french, english and spanish.
If you do not have access to a gym, I can create a training program that you can do at home (or outdoors in the summer)

I have done half my bachelors degree in kinesiology at UdeM.
