I can help asses what you need for working out to get that body you want without costing you two arms and a leg. Though your results depend on you. Have you hit your max but want to go further? Just not losing that weight, especially around your midsection? I can help you get a workout plan that is right for you and for your goals. You can get immediate results, but it takes hard work and dedication. This service includes a suggested workout plan, and suggested diet based on your daily activities and your commitment level. I will help be your accountability buddy too, but that will be for a monthly fee.
Usually it takes about 30 minutes to an hour to assess you and about 24 hours to find the right plan. Results can be seen by you in the mirror usually in about 4-8 weeks. But this will depend on you. The right workout plan is incomplete without the right diet, and vise versa. That gut that hasn't gone away, usually is a strong indication of either a poor diet or a lack of the proper exercises.
If you want abs, you need cardio and a good diet. If you want bulk, eating a lot of the right foods and using the right supplements can help bulk you up, but if you don't lift or work out the muscles it will turn into fat!
Training & Qualifications
I have helped many friends achieve their goals and have achieved my own as well. I AM NOT A CERTIFIED TRAINER. That being said and out of the way, I have many tools at my disposal to help you gain your goals healthily and without hurting yourself. Your only limitation is you and how far you are willing to go to get that body.
I have had to spend many, many hours in the gym and in the kitchen working on a plan for myself and others. I have a very bad heart condition that prevents me from living a full life if I stray from my diet and workout routine.
