Body Weighted Workout Session

Sick of going to a gym and just lifting boring old iron? Then this might be for you! I love to train using calisthenics which is just a fancy word meaning body weighted exercises. I've been doing it for a few years now and have not only seen physical results but the amazing feats of strength you can accomplish by mastering your body weight instead of just lifting boring old iron. What I'm offering is to workout along side you (mostly because I still have to workout as well) but I will structure workout routines and will guide you along the way in accomplishing your physical goals.
Training & Qualifications

Availability & Preferences
M-F 4:45pm - Workout completed. Some weekends if desired.
