Training & Qualifications


A Canfit Pro certified personal trainer and 2nd Degree black belt in Shotokan Karate. I focus on functional training using Kettlebells ( Hard Style), Martial Arts and Body Weight training.

Kyle was very nice, easy to talk to. Fitness can be so hard to talk about, but I never felt judged or awkward. He was understanding of different situa...tions and how people are in general.
