Have a conflict, argument, disagreement, etc. Was you friend or lover unfair in your eyes? You two can't come to a mutual agreement on something? Both parties tell me their side and I will mediate the situation in a fair and to the point manner. I don't mind being the "bad guy" and calling out who was wrong/right. Maybe both parties are at fault in a way and both right. Let's discuss pros and cons! I've mediated situations for years and here I'll be an independent outside third party! Trained to be a school mediator in high school. Numerous years in law enforcement. Trained for years in mediation, verbal judo, crisis intervention training, etc.
