I will be the outside person you can vent to without fear of judgement or interference. It's up to you if you want me to give you advice! Whether you want me to just listen, offer some suggestions on where to find help, or give my own personal advice, I can do it all. I am a psychology major so I am great at listening and have access to hundreds of resources for just about anything.
