Learn Self-inquiry Meditation
10
Learn about Vedantic meditation and the Mahavakyas.
I charge the least for this because this meditation is the real deal. It appeals to the rational mind that appreciates logic and the scientific method. You don't need to believe or have faith in anything. This is my main practice and is also known as Jnana (the method of knowledge and thinking).
Training & Qualifications
I have been meditating since I was a child. I am well versed in Sanskrit and the ancient writings. This was the original meditation taught to me by my grandfather. Later on I had tried other types of meditations and studied with Siddhars in South India; forms that utilize bandhas, pranayam and kriyas (classical Hatha Yoga). In the end I have come back to this as the most practical and with the least 'baggage.' You can do self-inquiry anytime such as when taking a walk in the park. Once you feel an understanding within yourself, it is easy to access and utilize.
