An avid gardener Kimberly's mission is to empower others with the skills to grow their own food and achieve good health. With combined interests in horticulture and nutrition science she seeks to make an impact in community health by encouraging the growth of gardens. A home gardener and poultry hobbyist with experience that spans eighteen years, Kim 's knowledge varies from home garden vegetables, berries, fungi to fruit trees. She is proficient in canning, fermentation and preservation techniques and has also raised milk and meat goats, ducks, geese, and chickens. Kimberly is also a novice beekeeper.
