Motivation our confidence boost
I'm not sure what I'm looking for, honestly. The biggest thing I need support with at this point in my life is weight loss. I started my journey at 287lbs and am down to 235. I can't seem to break through and get under 230. I eat fairly healthy, drink plenty of water, but I've slowed down on walking because I have a Bone spur and that thing where the planar is strained (can't recall what it's called). For a long time it was to painful to even walk around the house. I have been treated and I've invested in better shoes, but it's still a difficult journey to go alone. My goal weight is 135... Or somewhere in that ballpark...
