I've been around this "toxic parent" block before, and have learned a lot about how to deal with it. I can offer advice, encouragement, or just be a sounding board if you need one. I have been through so much dealing with my parents. And if I haven't been through it first hand, I have helped friends through it. I'm not some one with a degree or anything, just someone who has survived and wants to help.
