I have been involved in a multitude of projects from QA and design to sales and implementation. In my 20 years of being in the computer industry, I have focused my efforts in both the security and IP storage arenas.
In my efforts to sell and design IP storage networks, I have worked closely with vendors such as DELL/Equallogic, 3PAR, AMI, Falconstor, Compellent, Cisco, Bakbone, Nexsan, QLogic, Isilon, Veritas/Symantec, Spectralogic, Copan, Acopia, Overland Storage, DataDomain and Lefthand Networks. I have been involved in Pre and Post Technical Sales positions for both potential and existing customers, communicating with them via RFP/RFIs, WebEx, email, phone and onsite calls.
From training groups of Fortune 100 network administrators on securing their own networks using open and commercial off-the-shelf tools, to sales and implementation of security devices into existing corporate infrastructures, I have gained vast experience within the network security space. I have tested, demonstrated and integrated products from companies like Caymas, Netscaler, Nokia, CheckPoint, Symantec, PGP, Barracuda Networks, Astaro and Immunix.
In the end, its all about the customer experience. My number one priority is to have a happy customer at the end of the day, even if they means going out of scope for a project or working thought the night so we beat the customers deadline. If they don't look good, we don't look good.
