Redraw an image in a style

I need an image (three ice cream cones with various things in them) redrawn digitally in a "pen and ink" style. The style is like this:

I will send you the mashup image after we begin chatting with a few written directions ( such as "this item should be in front of that item" or "spread these further apart a bit more")
See how it is only two colors and is a little bit cartoonish? That is what I want. Image would need to be either a vector file (Adobe Illustrator) OR a super high resolution GIF (at least 20 megapixels).
I kindly ask that you send two or three samples of your work before you begin. I am offering 90 simbi coins, but if you would prefer to utilize some of my other services we can come up with something.
